Schwandel-Tödistrasse

The aim of the pipe-renovation project in Thalwil was to renew the plumbing and waste-water pipes in 142 apartments across 5 buildings and to improve living comfort. This also included new floor coverings and plastering and painting work in kitchens and bathrooms. The challenge was carrying out the work while the apartments were occupied, meaning the sanitary facilities could not be used during the works. Qualified plumbing technicians ensured that the installations met current standards. The project was divided into several phases so that residents could continue to use their sanitary facilities during the works.
