The new development on the Bubikon station site consists of three Minergie-standard residential buildings with 6, 8 and 26 condominiums. Seven commercial units were created on the ground floors of two of the buildings. In addition to owners' parking spaces, one of the two underground car parks also houses the municipality of Bubikon's new park-and-ride spaces. The interiors of the 40 apartments were planned and built individually according to the wishes and needs of the owners. The development was built at the same time as the redesign of Bubikon station square. The interfaces along all building facades were coordinated in close and productive cooperation with the municipality of Bubikon's project team. Access to Bubikon station for public and private traffic was maintained without interruption throughout construction.
