Conversion of an existing warehouse building into sales and office space. To have the sales areas ready on time, the project was planned and realised within a very short timeframe. Enforcing an efficient planning and execution process under the tight management of the total contractor, across all parties involved, was the key challenge in meeting the goal set by the client.
